Overview

This is a genuine early-production unit of the ZX Uno, an open-source FPGA-based clone of the iconic Sinclair ZX Spectrum. The ZX Uno project, developed by the Spanish retro computing community, faithfully replicates the ZX Spectrum hardware using a modern FPGA chip, allowing it to run original Spectrum software with remarkable accuracy. Being one of the first units ever produced makes this a particularly desirable piece of retro computing history — a true collector’s item that is still fully functional and ready to use.

The ZX Uno supports multiple Spectrum models (48K, 128K, +2, +3) via firmware, connects to modern displays via VGA, and supports SD card storage for loading games and software. It bridges the gap between vintage authenticity and modern usability.
